Trip Summary

As its name suggests, this tour focuses on the delights of Northern Vietnam: Hanoi and the hill tribes of Sapa. The highlights of Hanoi include a ‘cyclo’ ride through the old town, the renowned museum of Ethnology and the Ho Chi Minh complex.

An overnight sleeper train ride takes you North-West up to the stunning hills and tribes of Sapa. You get to hike in this spectacular scenery.

It is in Sapa that you will teach English in local schools, and enjoy the spectacular scenery and the warmth of the ethnic minority people, including Hmong and Dao. Your trip ends with an overnight train ride back to Hanoi.
