Sabi Sand Kruger and Timbavati
Kruger is the most famous of the National Parks, and home to some 500 bird and 150 mammal species. There are also some wonderful historical archaeological sites. Sabi Sand is a particularly well-populated private game reserve, not fenced off from Kruger. Timbivati is also connected to Kruger, and is home to the famous 'white lions'.
