French hotel chain Novotel have taken over a 16th century building and mixed colonial history with up to date facilities. The central courtyard is the most striking part of the hotel, and some of the rooms are built into the original colonial mansion (these are by far the more charming rooms to stay in, which we will secure for you). The restaurant serves up a French-influenced menu next to the courtyard garden.
