The Holzner is located at an altitude of 3,600 ft (1200 meters) in the idyllic summer retreat of Oberbozen on the southern slope of the Ritten plateau with its breathtaking views of the South Tyrolean Mountains. The nearby cable car connects Oberbozen with the South Tyrolean capital, Bozen, and leaves the station at 4-minute intervals.
The 42 tastefully decorated, mainly historical rooms in the main building include 3 single rooms, 19 double rooms, 6 junior suites and 14 suites (including 3 luxurious Vajolet-Suites in the penthouse with their incomparable views of the South Tyrolean mountains). The majority of the room furnishings originate in the early 20th century, which makes for the unique historical ambiance in the Alpine-Art-Nouveau style. The beautiful decor is characterized by a harmonious composition of mountain elegance and luxurious understatement blending perfectly into the sophisticated environment.
A qualified and affectionate childcare-team organizes the daily kids program for little ones aged between 3 and 12 years old.
The Holzner offers 3 playrooms, a children’s dining room, 2 kitchenettes, an outdoor playground, a petting zoo, a bobby car fleet and the artist`s lodge. Additionally, baby monitors, baby buggies, baby carriers and much more are at your disposal.
