Day 1 Arrive San Jose, fly to Arenal, stay at Nayara Tented Camp
Day 2 Zip-line adventure and canopy walk through the rainforest. Night safari walk to see nocturnal creatures (B,L)
Day 3-4 Help at a wildlife rescue center: prepare meals for monkeys, parrots and more, create enrichments for them and maintain their enclosures (B,L)
Day 5 Begin your white-water rafting adventure to Pacuare Lodge, deep in the rainforest (B,L,D)
Day 6 Rappel and zip-line, with lunch at “The Nest” a canopy high in the treetops (B,L,D)
Day 7 White-water raft out, transfer to Papagayo, stay at Four Seasons (B,L)
